An Intuitive Approach to Massage

Bethany's massage style intermixes broad, sweeping Swedish strokes with slow, targeted Deep Tissue techniques. With her flowing, connected technique and expert use of hot stones and hot towels, Bethany's clients leave their sessions feeling deeply relaxed.

Bethany has been in practice as a massage therapist since 2013 when she finished the massage therapy program at Kneaded Energy School of Massage. Her many years of experienced are backed with a thorough knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, both from her studies and through her personal experience participating in sports like Basketball and Cross Country and studying art. She loves painting and drawing, a pleasure she shares with her children as a mother of three..

 Bethany is passionate for her work, and as the owner of Greensboro Massage and Bodywork takes great pride in serving the Greensboro community.
