After years of service our therapists have performed thousands of hours of massage and studied diverse massage techniques from around the globe. Bethany has assembled a team of handpicked, highly skilled therapists who share her commitment to unparalleled service and client satisfaction. With over a decade of massage experience, Bethany seamlessly blends skill, intuition, and an extensive repertoire of techniques into her work including Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Polarity, Thai Massage, and Stretching. Renowned for her firm yet relaxing pressure and her soothing and expert application of hot stones, Bethany is skilled at intuitively addressing and relieving deep muscle tension and delivering an intensely relaxing and restorative massage. She specializes in addressing headaches and dysfunction in the neck, shoulder, back, and hips, and can help relieve long term or acute pain and dysfunction. Bethany has been in practice for over a decade, having completed the massage therapy program at Kneaded Energy School of Massage in 2013. Megan Reese

Megan's work is founded on the principle that a deeply relaxing massage can be deeply transformative. She integrates Hot Stone Massage into every massage she does, being a strong proponent for their ability to soothe and relieve stress while being an extremely effective therapeutic tool.
As an athletic person herself, she has a pursued training in Sports Massage as a tool to heal both herself and her clients. She utilizes it in her massage sessions with a combination of heat application, stretching, and specific massage techniques designed to increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and increase flexibility. Megan has been a massage therapist for over ten years, having completed the massage therapy program at Kneaded Energy School of Massage in 2014. She enjoys spending time outdoors, and loves to garden, hike, bike, and take nature walks with her son. She is a certified yoga instructor and practices yoga herself regularly, recognizing the benefits of relaxation and bodywork wellness for mind and body.

Sophie's massage style focuses on reducing pain and increasing muscle function while also leaving you deeply relaxed. Having worked extensively in both a spa setting and alongside chiropractors, she excels at applying a blend of soothing massage strokes and techniques for targeted pain relief for a massage that's both deeply calming and intensely therapeutic.
Sophie began practicing massage in 2019 after completing a 900 hour massage program at Sylvain Melloul Massage School in Lynchburg Virginia. She is now working on her Associate's degree in Photography at Randolph Community College. With years of experience, Sophie has learned massage techniques from experts in their fields. She applies her skills in Cupping, Hot Stones, Myofascial Release, and Thai techniques to great effect. Sophie takes great pride and joy in her work to help you feel better physically and mentally. Kady graduated from the Therapeutic Massage Program at Guilford Technical Community College in 2021. She takes great joy in her work, helping clients achieve greater health and wellness through therapeutic and relaxing massage. Alessandra is extremely passionate about understanding the human body. She loves helping people to find their best balance. Her many years of experience help her to use the best specific techniques for each situation and each person, applying her expertise in techniques including Deep Tissue, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Cupping, Taping, Visceral Massage, Lymphatic Massage, and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT).
Alessandra is a DO (Osteopath) in Italy where she worked in that capacity for 15 years. After moving to the US, Alessandra graduated from the Kneaded Energy School of Massage in 2015 and started work as a Massage Therapist in Greensboro, her new hometown. Alessandra loves to keep herself fit and to practice a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys spending time with her family and expressing her creativity with all sorts of arts and crafts! LMBT NC #14855

Mandy Main

Mandy completed the Therapeutic Massage Program at the Florida College of Natural Health in 2010. She quickly fell in love with the art and science of bodywork, a passion she carries into her work to this day. Along with over a decade practicing massage, Mandy has also trained in and taught yoga, meditation, and martial arts.
As a new empty nester and transplant from Florida, Mandy enjoys exploring all the beauty that North Carolina has to offer while restoring an old property with her husband and dog. Chonni Strauss

Chonni offers a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal massage, Hot Stone massage, Neuromuscular Techniques, and Thai massage. Her specialty is Thai Massage.
Chonni is certified in Thai Traditional and Herbal Massage after completing the program at the Thailand Ministry of Social Development and Human Security in Bangkok, Thailand. With over three years experience doing traditional Thai Massage, her work is deeply therapeutic and restorative. Joanna Burgess

Joanna’s approach to massage is highly integrative and personalized, using a blend of techniques including relaxing Swedish massage, targeted Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release, and restorative stretching. Joanna’s specialization is a unique form of clothed bodywork called Hendrickson Method® that is highly effective for functional rehabilitation as well as deeply relaxing. She focuses on healing injuries and troubleshooting faulty movement patterns as well as regulating and relaxing with her advanced orthopedic training and knowledge of and attunement to the nervous system.
Prior to relocating to North Carolina, Joanna spent ten years training and practicing in Northern California where she completed her 500-hour massage program in Oakland and her 300-hour advanced orthopedic specialization in Berkeley. Joanna is also a certified personal trainer with a corrective exercise specialization and a certified well-being coach. She has provided functional bodywork in environments such as a fitness studio and chiropractic clinic, and has also worked as a restorative fitness and mindfulness instructor. Outside of work, Joanna is a movement and outdoor enthusiast, with passions including hiking, backpacking, paddling, yoga and dance. Taylor Hine

Taylor's massage focuses on promoting healing energy for the mind and body by integrating relaxation and deep tissue techniques. Her nurturing spirit promotes a relaxing and comfortable space where she can adapt your massage to meet your individual needs.
Taylor became passionate about Massage Therapy after incorporating massage into her own self-care journey and experiencing its myriad benefits personally. Taylor received her license as a massage and bodywork therapist in June 2018. She completed the Massage Practioner I and II Certifications from Forsyth Technical Community College. Outside of the office Taylor enjoys spending time with her son, reading, hiking, and paddling.
