As the owner of Greensboro Massage and Bodywork, Bethany is committed to helping others live a happier, healthier life through reduced pain and stress, and increased range of motion. With a decade of massage experience, her expert and intuitive application of massage techniques creates an intensely relaxing and restorative massage experience.
Bethany has been in practice as a massage therapist since 2013 after finishing the massage therapy program at Kneaded Energy School of Massage. Her many years of experience are backed with a thorough knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Certified in Prenatal Massage, she is also the happy mother to three young children.

Anthony Phillips

Anthony Phillips graduated from the University of Georgia and the Swedish Institute: NYC College of Health Sciences, the oldest continuously operating massage therapy institution in the country. He is currently on faculty at the GTTC Massage Therapy Program.
With over 15 years experience, Anthony has studied a wide range of massage techniques including Swedish Massage, Zero Balancing, the Klein Technique, Medical Massage, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Functional Movement Training, Kinesiology, Myofascial Release Techniques, and the Feldenkrais Method. His bodywork is a studied blend of Eastern and Western approaches, and is also informed by his career as a professional dance artist in New York City. He moved from New York to North Carolina in 2021, and enjoys spending his free time with his dogs in the woods. Anthony is passionate about restoring function in the body and helping clients return to pain free movement, and believes the experience of wholeness and integration that comes with consistent and effective bodywork can greatly improve the quality of our lives and relationships!

Sophie Echols

Sophie's massage style focuses on reducing pain and increasing muscle function while also leaving you deeply relaxed. Having worked extensively in both a spa setting and alongside chiropractors, she excels at applying a blend of soothing massage strokes and techniques for targeted pain relief for a massage that's both deeply calming and intensely therapeutic.
Sophie began practicing massage in 2019 after completing a 900 hour massage program at Sylvain Melloul Massage School in Lynchburg Virginia. She is now working on her Associate's degree in Photography at Randolph Community College. With years of experience, Sophie has learned massage techniques from experts in their fields. She applies her skills in Cupping, Hot Stones, Myofascial Release, and Thai techniques to great effect. Sophie takes great pride and joy in her work to help you feel better physically and mentally. Ronda Cranford

Ronda's massage style combines a myriad of approaches and techniques into a holistic and highly effective therapeutic approach. A Tai Chi and Qigong practitioner, she brings experience with traditional bodywork styles to her massage practice.
Ronda graduated from Natural Touch School of Massage in 2008, and received certification in Thai Yoga Massage from the Lotus Palm School in 2009. She also received certification at the Acupressure Institute, one of the leading international schools in Asian Bodywork, and studied with Michael Gach, a national expert on Acupressure and founder of the Acupressure Institute. Kady graduated from the Therapeutic Massage Program at Guilford Technical Community College in 2021. She takes great joy in her work, helping clients achieve greater health and wellness through therapeutic and relaxing massage. Alessandra Salvinelli

Alessandra is extremely passionate about understanding the human body. She loves helping people to find their best balance. Her many years of experience help her to use the best specific techniques for each situation and each person, applying her expertise in techniques including Deep Tissue, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Cupping, Taping, Visceral Massage, Lymphatic Massage, and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT).
Alessandra is a DO (Osteopath) in Italy where she worked in that capacity for 15 years. After moving to the US, Alessandra graduated from the Kneaded Energy School of Massage in 2015 and started work as a Massage Therapist in Greensboro, her new hometown. Mandy completed the Therapeutic Massage Program at the Florida College of Natural Health in 2010. She quickly fell in love with the art and science of bodywork, a passion she carries into her work to this day. Along with over a decade practicing massage, Mandy has also trained in and taught yoga, meditation, and martial arts.
As a new empty nester and transplant from Florida, Mandy enjoys exploring all the beauty that North Carolina has to offer while restoring an old property with her husband and dog. Chantell Siler

With previous career experience in a variety of venues from hotels, to cruises, to airlines, Chantell is driven to learn and try new things. She is currently working on her second Master's degree, studying Expressive Arts Therapy at the International University of Professional Studies.
Chantell studied massage at Miller-Motte Technical College in Greenville, NC and became a licensed massage therapist in 2020. In her own practice, she helped people live their lives more fully through guided mediation, Reiki, therapeutic stretching, and integrative massage. She brings her years of experience to the Greensboro Massage and Bodywork team with a style of massage that's both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. In her free time Chantell is an amateur herbalist and makes her own teas, body scrubs, and herbal bath blends. She's also an author and a poet. Michael is semi-retired and only working with established clients.
With his many years of experience and outstanding understanding of the human body, Michael brings a thoughtful and analytical quality to every session and a great joy in helping other's improve their lives and well being! Michael's massage style tends to be specific and firm, yet also relaxing. Michael became a massage therapist after 25 years as an engineer, having decided he wanted to do something to improve individual's lives. He started practicing massage in 2007 after completing his studies at Natural Touch School of Massage and formerly taught the Anatomy and Physiology course at Kneaded Energy School of Massage. Michael has 5 children and loves the outdoors. When he is not massaging, you can find him working in his garden, renovating his house, hiking, kayaking, or cycling. LMBT NC #7182
