With over twelve years of massage experience, Bethany's work combines expertise, intuition, and a wide range of techniques including Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Stretching, Thai Massage, Polarity Therapy, and Reiki. She is a master of Hot Stone Massage and integrates it into every session she does to aid in both relaxation and pain relief. Her Deep Tissue work is both heavy handed and soothing, relieving muscle tension while providing an intensely relaxing experience. She is especially skilled in addressing dysfunction in the neck, shoulders, back, and hips, helping clients find relief from both acute and chronic pain. Bethany’s journey began with her graduation from the Kneaded Energy School of Massage in 2013. Megan's work is founded on the principle that a deeply relaxing massage can be deeply transformative. She integrates Hot Stone Massage into every massage she does, being a strong proponent for their ability to soothe and relieve stress while being an extremely effective therapeutic tool.
As an athletic person herself, she has a pursued training in Sports Massage as a tool to heal both herself and her clients. She utilizes it in her massage sessions with a combination of heat application, stretching, and specific massage techniques designed to increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and increase flexibility. Megan has been a massage therapist for over ten years, having completed the massage therapy program at Kneaded Energy School of Massage in 2014. She enjoys spending time outdoors, and loves to garden, hike, bike, and take nature walks with her son. She is a certified yoga instructor and practices yoga herself regularly, recognizing the benefits of relaxation and bodywork wellness for mind and body.

Sophie's massage style focuses on reducing pain and increasing muscle function while also leaving you deeply relaxed. Having worked extensively in both a spa setting and alongside chiropractors, she excels at applying a blend of soothing massage strokes and techniques for targeted pain relief for a massage that's both deeply calming and intensely therapeutic.
Sophie began practicing massage in 2019 after completing a 900 hour massage program at Sylvain Melloul Massage School in Lynchburg Virginia. She is now working on her Associate's degree in Photography at Randolph Community College. With years of experience, Sophie has learned massage techniques from a wide range of experts in their fields. With an interconnected flow that deeply relaxes and relieves muscle dysfunction, Kady expertly applies Swedish Massage, Myofascial, and Neuromuscular techniques in her massage.
Kady graduated from the Therapeutic Massage Program at Guilford Technical Community College in 2021. She takes great joy in her work, helping clients achieve greater health and wellness through therapeutic and relaxing massage. Alessandra is extremely passionate about understanding the human body. She loves helping people to find their best balance. Her many years of experience help her to use the best specific techniques for each situation and each person, applying her expertise in techniques including Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Cupping, Taping, Lymphatic Massage, and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT). Her Deep Tissue work is precise and specific, if not heavy handed, guided by her many years of in practice.
Alessandra is a DO (Osteopath) in Italy where she worked in that capacity for 15 years. After moving to the US, Alessandra graduated from the Kneaded Energy School of Massage in 2015 and started work as a Massage Therapist in Greensboro, her new hometown. Alessandra loves to keep herself fit and to practice a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys spending time with her family and expressing her creativity with all sorts of arts and crafts! LMBT NC #14855

Mandy completed the Therapeutic Massage Program at the Florida College of Natural Health in 2010. She quickly fell in love with the art and science of bodywork, a passion she carries into her work to this day. Along with over a decade practicing massage, Mandy has also trained in and taught yoga, meditation, and martial arts.
As a new empty nester and transplant from Florida, Mandy enjoys exploring all the beauty that North Carolina has to offer while restoring an old property with her husband and dog. She loves to keep herself fit and to practice a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys spending time with her family and expressing her creativity with all sorts of arts and crafts! LMBT NC #21050

Amanda blends a variety of massage modalities to create deeply therapeutic and relaxing sessions tailored to each client. Her approach is gentle, slow, and integrated, helping clients feel more connected to their bodies. She is especially passionate about Thai massage, frequently incorporating Thai massage techniques into her massages to address dysfunction and relieve pain.
Amanda began her massage career in 2007 after completing 625 hours of training at Guilford Tech in High Point. Through both her professionalism and her welcoming attitude, Amanda creates a safe space where every client feels cared for and supported. In addition to massage, Amanda is a creative spirit. A former chef, she enjoys baking and experimenting with international cuisine. She also loves hiking, painting, crafting, and adventuring. Amanda's massage style is both relaxing and effective. Driven by a commitment to further her skills as a practitioner of healing, Amanda has studied a wide range of modalities, including Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Prenatal massage. She practices NMT most often and considers it to be her specialty. Amanda works holistically, addressing issues such as past injuries, inflammation, soft tissue and joint dysfunction, postural positioning, gait and movement patterns, and psychosomatic factors.
Amanda completed the Therapeutic Massage program at Guilford Technical Community College in July 2022 with a certification in Neuromuscular Therapy. In her free time she enjoys arts and crafts, spending time outdoors, playing disc golf, and attending music festivals.
